A project to create working auto block signalling for minecarts.
Consists of any number of blocks containing, a single RS NOR latches two track detector panels, with a redstone torch and powered rail as the output.

Each block has two track sensors, one to read a minecart entering the 'block', the other just beyond the signal to read it leaving the 'block'. If a block is occupied any minecart close enough behind will stop on the slope just ahead of the signal. As this is powered rail the cart will move again when the signal clears.

At a basic level it does work, but still undergoing testing and possible CTC panel, hence the 60% completion. Still some tinkering to do with the location of the detector rails and sharing them between blocks. Also a subproject to make one suitable for locations where people leave and take the minecart with them, eg some sort of timeout system.

In testing problems occurred with minecarts changing direction and stalling, when run in a loop. Could be bugs in minecraft itself or my fault for putting 12 minecarts on the same track.

One of several minecart projects, this is clearly the most complex. The other involve things like stations, special track switchers and a powered rail system for storage carts.

The CTC system has been working for some time now, but problems remain that involve the 300 block limit in Minecraft and some other odd problems.
