Here is a map of Europe I've been working on for a few months. It started out as just a small area around greece and italy but then the main save got corrupted and I pretty much forgot about it, several months later I found an older version of it and started working on it again.

At this point I'm pretty much done save for parts of norway's coast.

the map streches from ireland to persia and from mali to finland, at around five kilometers theres plenty of room to build

You can use the map in your projects but remember to credit me, I worked very hard for a long time handbuilding this map.

So, did you use any plugins while making this map? I can't get it to work in worldpainter.

Looking back on it I think I would be better off remaking it on a larger
scale, as for now I don't have any plans to continue sadly

Sorry for the really late reply I've been very inactive :(

The entire map is 5120x5120 minecraft blocks in diameter. It is certainly big enough for a sort of country roleplay that you might be talking about, but there's not enough room in certain places like venice or constantinople for an actual city.

Not trying to pick a fight here, but you say that you handbuilt this map. But, it looks like you imported a heightmap from Crusader Kings 2 and then added the specific terrain (grassy fields, sandy deserts, etc.) Things to note: Venice is a huge island, like in CK2 and not in real life. Your map also has mostly the exact same rivers (the pink lines) (except CK2 is missing Tirgris/Eurphrates). Your image of Denmark looks exactly like this one. Lastly, the Sinai-Alexandria area of Egypt looks the same. Not trying to pick a fight, just trying to point out that your map isn't as original as it seems.
