Here is my submission for the "Minecraft Island Resort Project Contest".
On my island, i have created two main hotels:"The Planet Minecraft Plaza Hotel" and "The Planet Minecraft Twin Towers"
The main building of the island resort is "The Planet Minecraft Plaza Hotel", it contains luxurious bedrooms and a fabulous reception. The Twin Towers however, are much larger and contain many more rooms in each tower.
I have connected these buildings with walkways through the mountains and under the mountains and hills using stone brick paths.
In the cave systems below the mountains i used glowstone to light up these dark areas by hanging them from the ceilings and by embedding them in the walls.
I also constructed small underground lounges, which can be found in these cave systems beneath the mountains.
Another building on the island resort is "The Boat House", it is just a small building with docks and some boats for sailing the seas.
There is also a small beach area with a lemonade stand and a shaded area for relaxing as you make your way down some of the pathways.

Additional Notes

My main idea for this island resort was to have beautifully structured hotels and nice walkways to the cave areas beneath the hills and mountains, a perfect location for Steves vacation!
