Here is a modern (not like crazy modern) apartment building that I made, that also includes a penthouse that has an infinity pool. There are 14 floors, one being the main floor with an indoor pool, laundry room, and library. The next 12 floors have 2 units on them that have 2 washrooms, 1 bedroom, a kitchen/dining area, living room and balcony. The penthouse is on one floor and takes up the entire floor and has 2 washrooms, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area, living room, balcony, an extra area of space for any use, and a stair case that goes up to the rooftop. The roof top has a large infinity pool that is on the edge of the building. I left the rooftop blank for the most part so if you download the schematic, you can build on it yourself.
