This is technically second modern house I have put on pmc however I took the old one down for not being so good. Therefore I am counting this as my first modern house. I hope you like it so if you do comment, diamond or favorite!

This house has:

- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 living room
- 1 garden
- 1 pool
- 1 kitchen
- 1 dining room
- 1 study
- 1 garage




There has been something wrong when I moved the build with mcedit so all the paintings have disappeared but it doesnt affect the building so it is still looking good!
