A modern house I did a while ago, it was gathering dust in my HD, so I decided to post it. The interior is mostly finished, but the garden and outside areas are very empty. Inspired by a house in Montevideo, Uruguay, that I saw on a magazine, made by the architect Martin Gualano.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 dining areas, utility space, walk-in wardrobe and a "party area" with a small bar, pool table and an arcade machine. It also features a pool and a flower pot room.
