My modern house i made for my server, it has a decorated inside, 75% done with that, pool and hot tub! its all compact and very nice, go ahead and use the schematic file, it would be nice for some credit but if not its all good.

if your useing it for a bukkit server and have world edit and dont allready have a schematic file, open minecraft and just select 2 random points and do //copy then do //save <random name> then you should have a schematics file with that in it, now, download my schematic, save it, then go to the downloads folder and cut(or copy) it into the schematics folder, now u can //load <w.e the thing i made is called :P> and u can //paste it, Did that help?
