The egg is not centered in the defense but is in a unexpected corner but still well defended. The goal of this is to have the attacking opponent break through the defense only to get lost inside the defense and get killed preserving the egg.

The most important part is the insides and the obsidian lair the outside lair of ladders, cakes and glass are optional and prioritized If possible leave an empty space under the designed holes for attackers to fall in. This uses clay, ladders, glass, cake, obsidian, chests and hay bales. Its pretty expensive so I recommend OP mode and still It'll be a challenge and I know how much you like challenges...
