This is a map made in worldpainter, the underground is populated with ores but no lava or caves. I plan on making a more complete survival version of this map with custom structures and whatnot, but for now this should work for a basic survival experience. This would be best as a creative map, and anyone is free to use it for any projects/servers/whatever with credit, and if you do I would love to hear about it!
