The wood around it is slabs and it is in the floor, it is a basic design.

Well that to me doesn't make too much sense. If the wood blocks are slabs, then why aren't the glowstone blocks sticking out as well? The beds also seem anchored to the floor, not floating as they would be with slabs. Hm.....

Either way, it looks very nice! I've never been too much of a builder, haha. Maybe some day I can make something nice!

Maybe it is lined up too where there are only halfslabs on certain parts and the wool is placed inside of those slots thus making it all leveled. Then afterwards a new line of slabs is placed on the bottom to take out the ridges.

It is really simple, and I can show you if you'd like.

Hm...that still isn't making much sense to me. Wouldn't there still be some sort of raised ledge separating where the bottom slabs and top slabs differ?
