The Welcome Center is the first part of the city that residents arrive to when immigrating to the city of Rapture as a way to help people ajust to life in the undersea city

all in game locations have been restored to their pre-game glory and areas have been expanded to give the city a more metropolis and less of a FPS feel to it


this is part of the North Atlantic Project, a project with the goal to rebuild the city of Rapture from the bioshock series and expand on them to create a more realistic city
