Something a little different with this project today. News released today says that Notch bought a mansion in LA for $70 million and it looks similar to the mansion I built based on Franklin's Pad from GTA V!

The video is really choppy because the Camera Studio mod isn't released for 1.8 yet :/
I might re do it if I get enough views!

My reasoning behind only just releasing a world file now (3 months later) was, at first, that I didn't want to release it unfinished as I thought it would ruin the magic behind the video. Truth is the video was made to look as good as it could in as little time as possible to coincide with the news that Notch bought the mansion. This means that actually visiting the world and going round the house is quite unimpressive because it's not half as good as any of my other builds on this site - but the video still blew up to over 500k views!!

I was contacted by loads of news and blog sites asking for screenshots, different parts of the video and my server definitely got a massive influx of new players. All of this got a little bit crazy and along with university work I didn't have the time to get around to giving this a proper finished look. If you want to import it into singleplayer and play on it that's fine, if you import it onto a server or a larger project please don't label it as your own work - so credit me if that's a thing you can do on your project page or world. Thanks!

Yep, that's fine. I don't see how this fits into a horror map at all! Just, like I said, put a sign somewhere near the build or if you post the map on PMC list me in the credits :)

Like the Mansion and did you make this with world edit or non and can you put a separate link for people to download with no interior for people who want to add interior design themselves??

I did make a lot of this with WorldEdit, and I got the idea as soon as I heard that Notch bought a cool modern mansion!

If you want to change stuff, rip out the current interior and replace it :D
