This is a detailed model of the NYC Subway's 1964 World's Fair R33 subway car. These cars are similar to other cars such as the R22, but this car was painted in the 'Bluebird' Paint scheme for the 1964 World's Fair in NYC. These cars were later painted in the standard 'Redbird' Gunn Red in the 1980s.
