Now I shall play through it, and tell you if I find any errors :3
I'm glad to see you fixed all of the errors I pointed out, all but one, but that error could have very well not been and error but more of just a trick! Perfect improvement! I'll be glad to see updates to come on to this project! ^^
First off, nearing the end of puzzle 4, you can jump fro the 2nd to last block to the winning teleprot platform, I'm not fully sure if the last jump was intended to be impossible/ a trick block, but if not then tyou need to make sure you can't make the jump from the wrong block.
Next, the lvl 4 finish teleport, it teleports you a few blocks up, but doesn't always teleport you to the invisable block you intended for them to land on, I reccomend covering the command block with wool like the rest, while this isn't going to supply the asthetics of having the invisable block above the command block, it insures that the palyer wont fall to their death instead.
End of Level 5, I reccomend putting string ontop of the cactus, this insures the cactus won't randomly grow while the playeris finishing the map, unless you intended for the players to sneak around the cactus on the part of the block you can be on.
and the "You win!" teleport at the end of puzzle 5, when you step on the pressure plate it teleports you up inside of a few invisable blocks, it doesn't suffocate you, but it does however push you out of the winning platform and you fall to your death. a tragic end when you thought you just won. I also think you should try to make them a bit harder, this seems to be quite easy. I like your work, and I'd like to see you add more to it, just be cautious of using command blocks to teleport the player to the next part of the puzzle, you seem to have a few issues with those.
