A simple the simplest piglin bartering station, and etho clock with and observer connecting to dispensers above piglins standing on carpets on hoppers going into a chest, on the 4 cardinal directions of the piglins there are hoppers, and at the head level a block on every diagonal direction, all hoppers lead to the same chest, gold is inserted into hopper line connecting to the dispenser on top. no loss any gold they don't catch goes to the chest. you want 1 stack and 2 items in the clock, but you can put more so they drop less gold, but they are also slower.
