Ustaria Region is a map designed for Pixelmon and Minecraft 1.12.2, check out https://pixelmonmod.com/ for more info on the Mod.

Welcome to the Ustaria Region, this is a map designed around giving access to all biomes and structures within Minecraft to make accessing all Pokémon easier. With 3 main islands and a few smaller islands there is a good variety of terrain to explore. There is also an underground tunnel system to help with looking for those underground spawns. The intention was to try and keep terrain close enough to vanilla generation while optimising it for playing Pixelmon.

- Tweaked ore generation for Iron, Coal and Diamonds so you can spend more time hunting Pokémon and less time hunting Iron
- Underground tunnel network
- Hidden secret caves with pokeloot
- Access to all vanilla structures that have special spawns - Stronghold, Desert and Jungle Temples, Ocean Monument.
- Pixelmon structures - Ice, Fire and Lightning Shrines, Chalice and Spear Pillar, Ice Rock and Moss Rock, Water and Darkness Tower, Ilex Shrine, Haunted Tower, Boats and Poke centres
- Base Pixelmon Quests assigned to special NPCS

- Gyms
- Custom Quests
- Custom Trainers

To Enable Quests, make sure your Pixelmon Config has enabled external quest JSON files, then replace the quest folder in the pixelmon install folder with the quest folder included in the download.
I recommend playing with Pokeloot on reuseable with 24 hour cooldown as there is a limited number of loot chests.

Outside of the custom map area (Aprox 3500x3500 blocks) the world will generate as per normal terrain, this can be handy if you want to gather alot of resources without destroying the main part of the world.

Made using World Painter, this is my first custom map that i have made.

I made this map for myself and my partner and what we wanted on a map to play with, hopefully others will also enjoy the map. Any feedback will be welcome and I may consider updating the map in future.
