the magic command:
execute store result score @p random run data get entity @e[type=tropical_fish,sort=random,limit=1] Rotation[0] 10

Just found out that bedrock edition has scoreboard players random<entity> <objective> <min> <max> which Sets the entity's score in the objective to a random number within the range of minand max values.

This doesnt work on Java, but I thought I'd let you know
