I needed to make some RAM for my upcoming CPU so i made this as a little prototype, i will need to expand on this though because my CPU will be 16bit and this RAM is only 8bit.

Built using the RDF texture pack.
May add schematic if i get enough likes

There are 128 Data flip flops, each can store 1 bit of data ( a 1 or a 0 ), the 128 "DFF's" are arranged into 1byte (8bits - 8DFF) rows and there are 16 of these rows. The encoder on the side selects the desired row and then you can input a 8bit number to be saved to it. Hope this helps :D
