Newly built 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the neighbourhood of "Sprucefield" located in the city of Ekkington. Featuring a 2 car garage, open floor plan, upper loft area in a really accessible area in the city.

I figured I would upload some screenshots of the neighbourhood as well as the model house for the neighbourhood. Texture pack is a work in progress and some models/textures are borrowed from other packs (for now) and I take no credit for those. I've uploaded quite a few schematics to PMC but here's a sneak peak of where they're coming from.
