Russian pancake recipe.
Products:
Milk - 0.5 liters
Eggs - 3 pieces
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon + for greasing the pan
Flour - 250 grams
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Combine eggs, salt, sugar and stir with a mixer. Add flour and milk. Beat the pancake batter until smooth. Next, add vegetable oil to the dough so that the pancakes turn over easily during frying and do not burn. Preheat a skillet and brush with oil. Pour a small amount of dough into the center of the skillet. Immediately rotate the pan in a circle to distribute the dough evenly over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until browning. The pancakes are very thin, so turn them gently with a spatula. After the pancake is ready, remove from the pan and brush with butter so that the edges are not dry and the pancakes are tender. Pancakes with milk can be served with jam, jam or condensed milk.
