I've re-created the Spy Invisibility mechanic from TF2. Where if the Spy isn't moving, they'll be completely invisibile. But, if they are moving, they'll be only partly visibile. I demonstrated and showed how-to create it in the video above. :)

Nice concept. The only issue here would be if you are using teams to control other classes, but with just a couple of players it works great.
