Sword Art: Legacy is a multi-server project which utilises a modified client and server to recreate the experience of being in the Sword Art Online fictional universe. This includes:



-- A modern day Japanese settlement, bearing similarities to Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture.
-- 100 explorable 'floors' of Aincrad.
-- The SBC Glocken, and the post-apocalyptic city featured in Gun Gale Online.
-- Our own incarnation of Alfheim, from Alfheim Online.
-- Various canon locations featured in the anime, light novels and video games.

We also intend to have the following features:

-- More than 200 unique bosses in Aincrad alone, and almost tenfold in the number of enemy creatures.
-- A dozen different weapon types with unique blade skills, strengths and weaknesses.
-- Partially voiced NPCs with fully-voiced storyline characters, including some familiar faces.
-- A deep and rewarding levelling and gear system, utilising custom scripted 'proficiencies', allowing your character to adapt to your playstyle, and not just your choice of attributes.
-- More than 1000 cosmetic items to customise your character to your liking, many with 3D features - all unlockable with earned in-game currency.
