Owners of the Szymonkow estate included von Götz, Count von Gessler, Baron von Lüttwitz, von Walewski, von Huppmann-Valbella family, von Becker. In the 1930s the estate was parceled out.

The farmstead in Szymonkow was mentioned in 1783. The first information about the palace comes from 1830 and 1845. In 1858 Baron Rudolf von Lüttwitz founded a new residence in Szymonkow, built in the English Neo-Gothic style, designed by Berlin architect Hitzig. The palace was probably used as a RAD camp during the Third Reich.
