The Columbia Bullet is a 71-storey, 427 block tall mixed-use office building. Which in the mid-2010s', underwent a renovation to transform the last 11 storeys into residential floors due to shifting corporate interests which demanded horizontal workspace layouts rather than vertical ones.


I planned out the shape of this building using this much easier in-game modeling technique rather than just drawing. And similarly to the Aberdeen building, the original plans could be used again to make a similar, but different enough building that warrants it's own construction.
