Throughout your experience in Minecraft, everything has been your choice. You’ve chosen whether to fight through the night, or hide in a dirt hut, weather to mine, or build, weather to take it easy, or play hard core. But that’s not the case when the conductor is running the show. Entering his mansion of secrets will put you at the mercy of a greater force. The coiling caverns will shift at will, dealing you a deadly set of cards. You may think you’ve got this game figured out, you may even think you’re lucky. But just as you begin to get confident, the conductor will strike hard and strike fast reminding you that you’re just another disposable piece in his unrelenting game.
The Conducting is a high stakes, procedurally generated adventure that will leave your eyes dilated and your hands shaking. Like the rogue genre it’s inspired by, every death in this game starts you back at the beginning of a completely new and unique expedition. Throughout your journeys you will battle monsters, explore ruins, loot chests, brew potions, find powerful totems, and maybe even discover hidden rooms with secret elixirs.
What makes this game unique to most roguelikes, is that each stage is a slight variation of the last. Upon beating a stage, you’ll find yourself in a similar, but larger and harder version of the previous stage. Because of this, much of the game play strategy revolves around learning how to navigate through familiar rooms, but at the same time reacting to new developments in the infinitely growing dungeon.
How far can you run before death catches you?

Update 1.0.3 : by thePuppetConductor 07/10/2018 12:52:09 amJul 10th, 2018
My sincerest apologies to anyone who played in the last four days. It seems I uploaded the last update with a couple massively game breaking bugs that essentially made this game completely unplayable! If anyone has a problem getting the game to run with this update, please let me know.
Fixed a bug that prevented players from progressing to the second stage
Fixed a bug that killed monsters and other entities when traveling in between rooms
Fixed a bug that kept splash potions from working in hidden rooms
Fixed a bug where the loading screen would end and the player would be put back in game before the map was fully loaded
Fixed a bug that made the first stage of the first playthrough exactly the same for every player. Now it's random
Slight lag improvement late game
