The Island is a map made in a random normal world, and also because I was bored. You can play it in survival, and as my other map Aralon grows, it will tie in with the story. You can play this map with anything, however, some sort medieval texture pack is recommended. Also, the screenshots are taken with Sues shaders and normal Minecraft (despite my recommendation).
Please support me by sharing this map and also excuse my frequent posts of maps. I am trying to get more people to 'follow me' so I feel like I have someone to work for. Please Enjoy the map, and feel free to use the seed!

Edit: I guess you can also use this as a starter house, I have found a few buildings nearby!
