The Lifter is a fictional steam locomotive that is a mixture of a N-1 2-8-4 Berkshire and a simple articulated 4-8 8-4 model locomotives. She was built in 1972 and served mostly as a freight train but carried passengers too. She was retired in 2008 and is part of a train exhibit museum.
