Nice job! I love the bow bridge, and that you can fire the AA from there. Glad to see someone bothered to take the time to make bidirectional wiring.  Here's something about the armor though: it would be more effective if the second layer was one block further in, as now it simply gets exploded away with the first layer. If you move it back one, I wager it could stop the shell from a large gun, like the Shadow does. Otherwise, you've done a great job on the ship, and I hope to see more of them :D
