The question is, how complete is it now? This World Pack says 90%, but how advanced is it now? Also, are there any plans to reproduce attractions, Disney hotels, etc.?

It includes most Attractions of Disney Sea & Disneyland.
Doesn't includes Hotels and Shopping Area.
