Oh no, not again...

If you're a builder like me, you've likely seen this skyscraper before. Maybe you loved it, maybe you hated it. I've had different feelings at different times, but now my reaction to it is so passionate as to drive me to replicate it...- partially. The base sucked, I had to fix it. I mean look at it, can you really blame me for trying? And I wanted it to have a bigger footprint in my city. As if that colorful tower wasn't enough of a footprint.
There are limits to my passion.

BUILDING SPECS:

• 221 meters tall; 195 meters excluding vanity height.
  
• 52 floors; 49 above ground.
• Clad in glazed terracotta.
• Completed in 1930, around the same time the actual building would've been proposed.
• Rooftop addition completed in the summer of 2023 as a part of a rooftop terrace remodel.
