Nothing terribly complicated, a 2x1 horizontal double piston extender.

In this I've got it set up as sort of a secret door, but it can be powered from any of the redstone dust so you can use it a few different ways.

There is only one other example of this on here that I can find, but it requires visible glowstone which bugged me.
