USS Enterprise CV-6, in her June 1942 configuration. She is painted in the measure 11 camouflage, which sailors noted was surprisingly effective. Enterprise earned 20 battle stars, the Presidential Unit Citation, and the Navy Unit Commendation for her outstanding service in the Pacific War. Sadly, the effort to save her as a museum was unsuccessful and she was sent to the breakers shortly after the war.
I've had her finished for a while, I think I finished her 2 weeks after Yorktown, since the two were almost identical. Hornet is coming sometime in the future, she's quite different from her sisters and needs more attention.
