The among the largest submarines in the world, the Ohios are the US Navy's ultimate strategic weapon. able to strike any citiy in the world at any time with the push of a button. This firepower make the the Ohios the deadliest craft afloat. Carring 24 Trident II missiles and numerous torpedoes, the Ohios can perform multiple missions and are a stable attack platform. This model repesents the original design of the Ohios, armed with the 24 nuclear missile bays. The earlier Ohios have been refited to carry up to 154 Tomahawk missiles.
