UTD ASCII Word Processor specs:

  • 126 input keyboard (105 used)

  • 1275 bits of RAM

  • 5700 bits of ROM

  • 105 pre-programmed letters / symbols (Including space)

  • 18 screens with 49 pixels (7x7) (882 pixels total) (Not expandable)

  • 4 function keys:

  • -Shift

  • -Caps lock

  • -Space

  • -Backspace

  • Serial data transmission (One wire from keyboard to processor)

  • 49 pixel custom character (See video)

  • 5 custom character memory bank

  • Compact keyboard

  • Cursor
As you can see, the specs on this thing are amazing, plus it uses the UTD's FireWire system of serial data transmission.

The possibilities of redstone always suprise me but never as much as what people build using them :) EPIC build this must have taken alot of work and thought

Great work guys! I especially like the custom character system. It may be slower / bigger than mine, but from a feature perspective it is definitely better.
