Tutorial:
Download the file.
Extract it so it is no longer a zip.
Now it should be just a folder.
Open it up and you'll see another file.
Drag that file into your Minecraft saves folder.
this should be located at : C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves
