How Many Fingers Am I Holding Up?: Assuming you have one hand on your mouse & the other on your keyboard, none. Whoops.

Why Do You Want To Be Mod?: Frankly, I don't have a defining reason as to why I'd like to be a Mod or any staff position in particular, but it is in my best interest to be a Mod to server the Agradian community. But if I were to come up with some reason, I'd say that I'd like to aid in making something from nothing thrive into something. I'm being very geniune about this. In the past, I've interned at one start-up company by the name of Cooliris - a company that develops mobile phone social media applications. Throughout my time there, I worked very hard at the tasks my superiors assigned me & constantly looked for ways to improve myself there. By doing so, I was able to watch the company thrive & expand, which gave me a sense of fulfillment (even though I could not be a gigantic aid, but at least I knew I helped somehow someway). This is probably my most geniune response here & I hope you take it to heart. Though this server is not nearly as big of a feat (sorry), it's still something I'd like to dedicate my time too.
How Long Have You Been Playing [On] This Server: A few days since this has been revised. In terms of hours, over 12 hours worth (most of this time being clocked in during the early day & late night).
Past Experience As Staff?: I've staffed a handful of servers in the past, holding positions ranging from a simple Moderator to even Co-Owner. The longest I've ever staffed on a server was for half a year and was on a Tekkit server(could've been more, but the server shut down due to life complications). Frankly, my staffing positions in real life show the best of me & are (in my opinion) a bit more impressive. For the upcoming school year, I will be the VP of my high school Key Club, Varsity #1 for Mixed Doubles on my high school badminton team, & will be the team leader of the volunteer group at my local Good Samaritan hospital. Apologies if this sounds like I may be bragging, but I'm listing out my outside non-Minecraft related staffing positions in hopes to appeal to my credibility to be a excellent staff member.
How Well Do You Know About The Plugins We Installed?: Having staffed Minecraft servers in the past, I still have a firm grip on most if not all the plugins the server uses and how they properly function. If there is anything I do not know though (which I don't doubt I do), I'll learn it to the best of my ability. I will admit that I am a bit rusty with some of the McMMO mechanics though.
Why Should I Pick You?: Not to seem arrogant in any way, but there are a realistic number of reasons I'd make out to be an exceptional staff member here on your server. As an individual, I'm a serious person when it comes to working, whether it be at as an intern, an employee, or a staff member on a newly born Minecraft server. If it's something that I see has potential to thrive, I'll be sure to dedicate time into it, and this mindset applies to the server as well. Despite this, I'm not without faults. As you may or may not have noticed, I can be somewhat condescending & critical. People occasionally get put off by this, but I assure you, I'm only doing so to prove that I would make a worthy applicant here on your server. This is not so much a flaw, but a technicality but I am unable to use TeamSpeak or any online voice communication (partially due to shyness as well).

How Often Are You Online?: Though only now getting back into the Minecraft scene, I'll be able to log onto the server nearly everyday of the week unless serious circumstances prevent me from doing so. For the most part, my logged-in hour count will be pretty casual, ranging from possibly just an hour to five or more. And as a disclaimer, school work will infringe on my available time on the server.

Why Do You Want To Be Mod?: I am very helpful and friendly in my nature, so if I could benefit the server in anyway, I will take the chance. Also I am huge on rules, I always follow them, and ensure other players are as well even if I wasn't staff. In addition I am very active on Minecraft so I will always be on ensuring everything is running smoothly.
How Long Have You Been Playing The Server: Probably, one whole day now.
Past Experience As Staff?: I have been a Owner once, a Admin twice, and a Moderator once. On one server (which name will be disclosed for obvious reasons) I started as a Mod, and ranked up to a Admin, all the way to the point where the current Owner had given me full rights to the Server because he wanted to take a break. Unfortunately, me being the Owner met I had to do all the things the Owner would have to do, including pay for the Server. Which I couldn't do at the time, so it was shut down. That was for about a year long server experience. And I was a Admin on another server for 3 months, but that closed down for lack of funds as well.
How Well Do You Know About The Plugins We Installed?: I am very familiar with Towny since every server I have played on and staffed on has always been Towny. Also with Jobs and Vault since most Towny servers implement those two Plugins to ensure a more realistic experience. I know McMMO like the back of my hand. How to use it very efficently as a player, and as a staff member. The only Plugin which I feel I wouldn't know how to use would be MobArena, I have never messed with that Plugin but I am always up for learning about it.
Why Should I Pick You?: I believe I have a lot to offer for the server. I will be very active, enforce the rules but not be crazed by power, be helpful to any player who has questions, recommendations, or concerns. But I am also a very formal, kind, and funny guy. I have not forgotten the purpose of Minecraft, I do play to have fun and make friends. I believe I can help and do that at the same time, that is why I am applying.

How Often Are You Online?: I can be online anywhere from 5 hours to 8 hours since I am on my summer break as well I will have a lot of free time. But even when school starts, I will have Mondays and Fridays off, and not much classes on Tuesday through Wednesday so don't expect me to be less active then.
