Here's a basic description of some of the plugins:

Towny:
-Protect your property from griefing/raiding.
-Team up with other players and unite with common goals.
-Create Allegiances with other towns

Jobs:
-Earn money by doing what you enjoy
-Unlock special job specific abilities based on Job LVL
-Create dependencies on players with specific Jobs
