Responsible Staff! -- A lot of staff will be able to spawn items in-game, but I trust them completely not to use those items to benefit the faction they are in. Yes, the Mods are involved in the community and in-game they will mostly be mayors and kings as it would be hard to trust a regular member with such a role. We also have multiple staff ranks so that one is always progressing higher and can hardly ever get bored.

Different Races! -- The server has started with 3 original races, (Spartans, Dwarves and Elves) but as we grow bigger, smaller gets the job availability, and so, we will add new races and nations to fit the number of players that we have on the server. Also, you get different McMMO bonuses from joining a faction, then you would by joining another. Join the one that fits your talents and serve them well.

Jobs! Rank up! -- Upon joining a Nation, you should know what you are. There are great numbers of jobs available to you. Such as Shop Owner (Must own a shop plot and donate a certain amount of money to town bank), Miner, Digger, Woodcutter, Fisherman, Travelling Merchant (Travel accross the lands and sell to cities)... Hell, the possiblities are endless! You could even be a Blacksmith thanks to McMMO. Simply talk to your Overseer. You may also rank up in the politic side of your faction. Most of them have a council and someone with absolute power that takes suggestions from the council. Get rewarded for your hard work!

Expand your Nation! -- We host a very large map at a whopping 7500 x 7500 blocks, which will leave you a lot of places to explore. If you gain the right requirements to start a settlement for your nation, you may want to expand your nation by claiming land for it. That could well give you a flanking advantage over your enemies. Which could lead your nation to victory, fame, glory and renoun!

Player controlled Economy! -- The staff will never interfere in the Economy, it is player-led and always will be. If you are a Merchant, you might want to buy a Shop Plot in SpawnCity, you might even want to buy some plots in another Nation's Capital, everything to make you rich. As shop owners, you control the economy and we trust that you will not abuse that power. "Buy low, sell high", although, don't sell too high because your clients won't buy your goods and will go look elsewhere! It's all up to you!

Massive Cities! -- Most of the time, a Nation's Capital will be very big, big enough to hold 2 mansion-size plots and a lot of decently sized ones. We have a lot of great builders who work hard on getting the best possible structures, and the most good-looking castles. Talk to your Nation King if you would like to help us out also! Next, with our trusty World Protectors, we can protect your houses inside your towns, so that you may have double the protection from Griefers!

Competitions and Arena! -- We also have an Arena, where we host various competitions on a regular basis. From Spleefing to Monsters to PvP, we have it! We will also hold building competitions every so often. Although we keep the rewards a secret until they are actually won by someone, I'm sure you'll want to win them!

We Read your Suggestions! -- Ever thought of an idea, but you were too scared to tell anyone about it? Well here, we have a very nice Staff team that will listen to your ideas 24/7! From suggesting a plugin, to suggesting a map change, we'll listen, and if the Staff and the Kondor Councils agree, then the suggestion could very well be approved and it's source {The player} rewarded.
