hosting a server is hard work. you have to check the logs. make sure there are no griefers.check all the plugins.
make sure no one is using x ray mods. also u have to make sure no one is using cilents.make sure there are no cursing.
check to see if people are following the rules. i will be on alot to make sure people are having fun. and i have to be responsable and make the right choices. remember to romote people who deserver it
make sure there is no racism no spamming no bothering the staff make sure people are playing fair not tring to use mods like too many items and x ray. there is a mod called open gui witch allows u to pick wat mob to spawn in a spawner dont want people using that. i know alot of mods so people wont mod in this server execpt minimap (sponge said its ok)
make sure evry1 is respecing staff and you have to keep the server in order and you have to check loggs if some1 griefed you have to ban themand make sure no1 is using fly mod.
