Goal: Create a server that players can have a say and where their opinions matter.

Description: PlayMyMc is about creating a server where players' opinions matter and can change the server. Players can choose everything from Helpers and Moderators to types of plugins and updates to the server through voting and polls.

This is very important to the Owners of PlayMyMc server because not only do we host a server that we want people to play on but players are the ones playing and we feel it is important that their opinions are heard.

How do we achieve this?

PlayMyMc takes polls weekly to evaluate how the server, Owners, plugins, and gameplay is on the server. Through these polls, updates are decided and things are adjusted till players are satisfied. Most things (besides fixes and patches) will only be added to the server if players desire it from the polls.

Since players are often dealing with Helpers and Moderators more than the Owners, we decided that players should be able to help decide Helpers and Moderators. Staff can be voted on for a two week terms in which the players with the majority of the votes take the Helper and Moderator positions. Players are only eligible through preapproval and certain amount of play time to prevent abuse and provide active staff.

What type of Minecraft Server are we?

We are currently a factions survival server with a dynamic economy and custom plugins. We are open for suggestions
through the surveys and will expand to different gamemodes as the community grows.
