This is a pure anarchy server, a hardcore pvp. Anything is allowed except for the only three rules:
1) No Hacking
2) No Spamming
3) No Advertising
Other than those rules, your free to go. The server IP might change some times, but this is very rare and will only happen about once every 6 months, or less. Possibly not at all.
