Hello reader,
I am going to give some information about TheJunkyard129 Server in this post. But first, I want to tell you that the community is one of the best ones throughout all the Minecraft servers I have visited so far. Here is ze information!
The server staff is resetting the MMO and Freebuild world soon, because of the new features in 1.3. Be aware of that! They dont have an exact date yet, because first all the plugins we have need to be updated to 1.3.
Everyone, do not join immediately, please read the whole post before joining the server!! Also, read the HOW DO I BECOME A BUILDER section carefully! Thank you.

Server Rules:
1. Advertising is not allowed. This includes other servers!
2. No spamming, swearing, and no chat annoyances!
3. NO griefing OR stealing! You will be caught!!
4. No X-Ray Mods/Texture Packs that exploit MC!
5. Respect ALL users! Play nice and be Fair.
6. Trolling, bullying, harrassing will NOT be allowed!
7. Use common sense! Also, keep personal issues off here.
8. Do not sell property! Only homes and condo's with something build on it.
9. One account per person!
10. Decisions by Mods/Admins are FINAL! No questions.
Information about the server:
Last year, this server was started by a small group of people, including Junkyard129. The server grew quickly, but time past and here we are now, still a great community, but the servers are sometimes a bit empty.
Well lets move on to the real information! We have one server with 2 worlds, a games server and a Tekkit server. But before you can join one of the servers
We have several plugins and if you get griefed or robbed, the mods will take care of everything!

How do I become a builder?
Step 1: Go to one of the worlds.
Step 2: Type /register.
Step 3: Fill it all in correctly.
Step 4: You are now a builder!
MMO World!

To acces this world walk through the portal at the spawn on the Freebuild world. This is a 5000x5000 blocks world. You can explore, fight monsters, build with your friends, level up your skills and find diamonds! It has the MCMMO plugin and the IConomy. We also have towny, you can make cool towns! You can gain money either by selling stuff in /warp mall or you can fight monsters. With your coins you can buy even better things! Enchanted stuff and materials from other players. You can check your stats with /mcstats and you money with /money. You can pay somebody with /money pay [player name] [amount]. If you feel lucky you can buy a lottery ticket for only 10 coins with /lottery buy. We also have a /warp store with almost everything now. Lets go shopping!
Freebuild World!

This 5000x5000 world is all about building, building, building (with your friends). But, there are no animals/monsters spawning, you can get your items again at /warp store. The currency here is coins. There is no need for food, because this server is on peaceful mode. It is not creative! You still need to gather resources yourself!
Games server!

This server is brand new! It is all about the games. The server has a variety of games. These games are: Normal Spleef, Teamspleef, the famous Hunger Games and Team-based PvP.
Spleef: The server has 2 different arena's. One big one for the Team Spleef: You spleef in a team against another team. And we also have a normal arena for the normal Spleef.
Hunger Games: I think you all know this game by now. But the server has not 1, not 2, but 3 arena's! Isn't that just amazing?!. They have 2 12-person arena's and 1 big 24-person arena. May the best tribute win!
Team-based PvP: Here you fight with your team against another team. The team that survives wins. In this game you have different classes.

Tekkit server!

Many of you may know this modpack and some of you may not. Well, Tekkit is a modpack with all kinds of technical mods. You can make almost everything automatic. But to join this server, you need to be a Donator or higher. This is because this server takes a lot of work and the staff of the Junkyard trust the donators the most. We still have some powerful tools that are not banned, so thats why. To join this server:
Step 1: Download the Technic Launcher
Step 2: In the Technic Launcher menu, make sure it is on the newest version of Tekkit: 3.1.2
Step 3: In the Technic Launcher menu, go to options and select: ''Always use development builds.''
Step 4: Start up Tekkit and join our server!
Donations.
You can get extra things and commands by donating! But why donating? Well, actually this server runs a bit on donations, because as we all know, running a good server is pretty expensive. Of course you do not need to donate but if you want to support the server by donating, go ahead!
NOTE: Donations are nun-refundable and last for 90 days.
The list of donation perks is in the images.
Warps and Server Crew
There are several warps on both maps you really need to visit! You can see the accepted warps on the forums and I put some screenshots in the image section. The warps are really a mark of working together and making amazing stuff! Be sure to check them out!
But the most important thing to keep the server running are the Admins and Moderators. I have respect for all of these people. They help everybody and fix everything. This is a mark of the awesome community we have. And oh, lets not forget the amazing people that live on the server!
