Although there was a delay in connecting to the server, I did not experience any lag once I got in. New players visiting this page should be excited for the features that the server will have in the future. I can see this server obtaining a tight-knit community of diverse players in a few months from now as long as the development continues at its current pace and efforts are made to advertise the server as much as possible. I suggest adding (everything is optional) custom islands, expanding upon custom enchantments, creating custom challenges, daily challenges, black market, auctions, mob arena, ore generator, expanding upon /shop (better looking, useful blocks are more expensive and items that are harder to farm sells more), voting crates, furniture plugin, drop parties, events, forums, donations, plugins that minimize lag by merging items and slow hoppers but be careful with entity clearing, chest shops, mini-games, citizens plugin, greenhouse plugin, ticket or bug manager plugin, mob spawners, custom heads, and etc.
