The things on her head can either be glasses or a mask. It's up to you.

I'm absaloutely in love with the tv show gotham. I really wanted to make a characer from that and my favourites being Oswald, Ed and Harvey I'm terrible at making male skins so I compromised and made a female riddler.
(Obviously this isn't CMS portrayal of riddler)

BTW: If you've never watched Gotham I would highly reccomend it. You don't even have to like batman to watch it. Hell, you don't even have to watch batman to watch it. Basically, it's like a prequel to everyones favourite batman character.
