Have you ever wondered why bats constantly fly into lava? Have you ever considered that they aren’t just flying into it out of sheer stupidity? Have you ever considered that they might be looking for something? Or perhaps someone? They fly into the lava time and time again looking for a demon. A demon of fire, the lord of the bats. (No, not batman) The flaming bat. The bats fly in front of pesky miners to keep them from finding their lord. The bats fly into lava to see if their lord is there for he lives deep underground lava pools regenerating his power. They will find him someday. He will rise. He will come.
