In the year 4513, robots rule over humans. The humans have destroyed the Earth, and the barren land is where the robots thrive. The humans need the robots. They are their only source of oxygen now that the trees are gone. However, the robots don't give the humans enough oxygen to keep them strong. They live weak, painful lives that often end before they hit 20.
The robots have another power though. They can convert humans to robots. Most humans see this as a reward, letting them live forever, but not all. There are those who wish to feel, wish to love, to have a family, even if there lives are lived in pain.
Elany (call her whatever you want) was one of those people.
She rose against the robots, claiming humans have rights for oxygen, claiming that the robots should be the ones forced to serve the humans. See how they like it. Of course, she didn't think her plan out very well. Within moments she was a robot herself. Yet something strange happened. Such was the force of Elany's will, that she did not become a full robot. She could still feel emotions.
Elany hated being a robot. She tried to hide it by wearing bright, attention grabbing clothes and an unneeded amount of blush, but she knows her silver, metallic skin is a giveaway. She is constantly trying to escape from her new life, but she can't.
Once you become a robot, you stay a robot.

Since the day Elany was changed, people started uprising delibrately to become robots. Lol, the jokes on them. The robots are wise to their ways, and just kill them instead.
