There was a bit of controversy when I first posted this skin - a user left a fairly nasty comment claiming that I had stolen their skin.  They reported it and it was taken down quickly.  I couldn't understand why, and it almost turned me off of PMC, but I think I figure out what happened.  Before joining PMC, I had naievely posted the skin to the old "Skindex" not really knowing about any other sites that would host skins.  Skindex was one of those sites that was rife with skin theivery, but being new to skinning, i had no idea.  Well, the inevitable happened, someone stole the skin, changed 8 pixels, and posted it on PMC claiming it as their own.  So, when I came along, it looked as though I had ripped it off of them.

Anywho, i'm glad I stuck with it, and that user is no longer part of the PMC community, so, vindication! To this day, I would wager that most of the Alexstrasza skins you can find here and elsewhere are modified versions of my original old skin (the headband/horns usually give it away). I'm actually kind of flattered by it, and don't care if any of those skins are still hanging around somewhere.  Well, that's been bugging me for quite some time - glad to get that off my chest!  I even found proof of my claim - an archived skindex page from before I joined PMC :P
