This is a skin that my friend Tom (https://twitter.com/dj_tev) came up with the idea for because I was lacking them. I wasn't really feeling it, and that shows considering I started this skin like a week ago and never got round to finishing it, so thought I better do it now and get it out since I'm *trying* to keep actively making skins.

Also tysm to Natie (https://twitter.com/Natie95XD) for coming up with a name since I was gonna call it "Fancy blue girl?" because I suck.
