The Ash Wanderer roams the wastes of Vvardenfell and the other ashy lands of Morrowind where few dare to tread.

It is unknown if they are dangerous, though many of the ashy elves are said to be cursed and affected by the dusty air and weather.
Some are succumbed to the ash that they are like the ash spawn that seem to rise randomly from the grounds in places as distant as Solstheim and outside of Vvardenfell.
