After the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman is working on a cure for Joker's blood infected by the titan toxin that was sent to hospitals of Gotham and now it's creating six new jokers, and one of them was the batman himself.
But he had to stop his research because scarecrow returned to Gotham with a new fear gas and with the help of a militia led by a mysterious guy named: "the Arkham Knight" that apparently knows a lot about batman and his methods...
